Friends of Morley Primary School
The Friends of Morley Primary School (FOMPS) is run by a dedicated group of parents, carers and staff from the school. Our aim is to encourage good relations between staff, parents and others associated with the school to support the school and advance the education of the pupils it. We meet regularly to organise fundraising activities for school equipment and educational projects. Projects we’ve supported includes musical instruments, library and classroom books, computer equipment and more. We also organise social events such as our Back to school Coffee morning, Chilli and Quiz night and a family Ceilidh. For the children we have Bake Sales, Dress Down Days, and termly Discos. We also raise money by doing Bags2School textile collections and organising the Summer Fete. We are also involved in the community by having a fundraising stall at our annual Morley Beer Festival and Family Fun Day and a stall at the local secondary school Winter Fayre.
